Come see Polity Partners’ Josh Cohen at Building Operating Management’s NFMT2017 conference in Baltimore this March. Josh is hosting the panel presentation, Federal Financing 101 for Energy Efficiency and Conservation: Don’t Forget About Uncle Sam!
The federal government has a number of niche financing programs and services for energy efficiency and renewables. Not every project is eligible for every program, but finding the right one can open the door to highly favorable loan terms and — in some cases — grant funding. If you are a developer or facilities manager of commercial, industrial or multifamily buildings, you owe it to yourself to learn what federal financing is available.
Josh’s session (number R2.37) is on Thursday, March 9th at 10 a.m. Presenters include:
- Crystal Bergemann, High Performance Buildings Lead at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD)’s Office of Economic Development
- Titilayo Ogunyale, energy consultant
- Eleni Pelican, Policy Advisor in the Weatherization and Intergovernmental Program Office at the U.S. Department of Energy (DOE)’s Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE)
